No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are used; see “Visitor counting” below. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The complete privacy notice, including the responsible contact and retention periods, will be confirmed before launch.
Visitor counting
To see how many people visit and how they find the site, each public page you open sends an anonymous count: the page address (without anything after a “?” or “#”), the website that linked you here if your browser shares it, any campaign label in the link (such as “instagram”), whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and the time. No cookies are set, nothing is stored on your device, no visitor ID is created and your IP address is not stored. A scrambled, one-way form of your connection address is kept for up to one hour only to stop misuse. Counts are deleted after 90 days and only invited website editors can see the totals.
Watching recordings
No YouTube player or thumbnail is loaded until you choose “Load recording”. When you do, a player from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain is loaded and YouTube receives connection information. You can unload the player at any time.
Contact & editor access
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, enquiry type and message are stored securely so Katy can read and reply to it. Only invited website editors can see enquiries; they are not shared or used for marketing. To protect against misuse, a one-way scrambled form of your connection address is kept briefly to limit repeated submissions. Editor access uses essential sign-in storage.
